As an experienced listing agent, I know better. Of course, getting the most money for your property in the shortest amount of time is desirable, but it’s not the whole story. There are a million other factors to consider. It’s more about meeting your needs, listening to and addressing your concerns, and advising you as to how to best meet your needs.
